Since the gaining of independence, the Central African Republic experienced 3 three mains coup d’état, several civil wars, and rebellions that weakens the country and its ability to build stability. The chronic corruption, poverty, an unstable government, a lack of suitable infrastructure, and porous borders continue to jeopardize CAR’s stability.
Three wars in 70 years. When the British left the subcontinent in 1947, the regions of Kashmir and Jammu were disputed between the newly created India and Pakistan. To date, no solution has been found between the two countries, resulting in continued high levels of militarization and insecurity in Kashmir and Jammu.
